Minimum stay – 2 nights (except for peak periods which vary). During MID and PEAK Seasons, bookings will only be accepted for 2 or 3 bedrooms.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS
LOW & MID SEASONS: A non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night for bookings up to 7 nights (and a further 1 night for each subsequent 7 nights) will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards 14 days prior to arrival.
PEAK: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION
In the event of any cancellation, the deposit and (within 14 days) the balance will be forfeited, except where we receive another booking - for the full duration.
